ARTIST'S STATEMENT

Urban landscapes, and manmade objects in natural surroundings have always fascinated me. It is extremely interesting to see the way daylight strikes them, and the pattern of shadow that results. I attempt in my work, not only to show these patterns, but also to portray the differences of temperature that would be encountered with the subjects placed in strong light and deep shadow.
