I am a mixed-media artist who uses weaving as well as watercolor, colored pencil and acrylic paints. My most recent pieces have been with colored pencils. I have worked with sea kelp creating baskets and pins, tapestries for banks and a California State Public Art Commission for a 30' tapestry. I have also worked as an exhibit preparer for the California Academy of Sciences. Since I was an artist-in-residence for many years, I remain committed to art education and integrate art into all subjects as a classroom teacher
